During peak summer season, Wilderness at the Smokies faced maximum occupancy. With more than 1,000 rooms turning over each week, their in-house team alone could not meet the cleaning and guest service demands.

Proservex responded in less than 48 hours, deploying a team of 25 pre-screened housekeepers and housemen. With on-site supervision, we coordinated shifts, ensured quality standards, and integrated seamlessly with the client’s staff.
